Coding challenges was conducted online from coding platform. Then on shortlisted, they invited me to their office for next round of technical interview. It was eye wash i believe it to be and rejected saying they my commute even when I was ready to travel.

After clearing all interview round they told me my profile doesn't match with their requirement.
They should have gone through my profile first. But no after taking all 3 round they decided it.
1st round was take home assignment
2nd round was 2 question on hackerearth.
3rd round was Psychometric test on "Mettl" .

Entretien
They provide a 60 minutes mettl test as part of initial screening. Its a psychometric test on which some companies are going gaga these days.
On top of that, during test they want webcam to be enabled, share computer screen during test and share ID. It is a good experience if you are applying for a secret services job.
I wonder how much do they trust their employees.
