I had a recruiter reach out to me for this role and the interview process was a doozy. Every time I thought it might be coming to an end, there were 2 more steps. I really, really liked the talent acquisition guy and the SDR manager. They were both super professional and made me feel comfortable talking with them. CF was one of the first companies I interviewed with when I started my job search in the software sales industry. I worked my tail off on the assignments they gave me and I knew they could see my effort. The piece of advice I would give anyone looking to get a job here (or anywhere...) is to prepare yourself for those hard questions they will be asking you. I was so busy working on the mock email and learning about the potential client pitch that I did not prepare for those difficult questions I was supposed to think about ahead of time. Also, I was used to applying for jobs in a field I was very familiar with so when they started asking me to give examples of ways my previous work experiences would transition to this role, I totally bombed it. I enjoyed the experience and learned a whole lot about what NOT to do. Overall, this experience really helped me to get my dream job with a different software company. Be self objective and do research / use your resources to prepare!
