There were multiple interview stages, including meeting the Hiring Manager, phone screen with the Lead Recruiter, 2 Team panel interviews, Technical interview and a challenge, and a soft-skills interview. Overall, the interviews were great, and the team is professional and friendly. Unfortunately, there were some gaps in communication with the recruiter, especially after passing all interview rounds (3 weeks). I understand that in big companies, things get busy sometimes, but it was a bit disappointing after all the effort. Overall, a great company and a good experience with the actual interviews.

First was recruiter screen, second was hiring manager - all very straight forward and no red flags. Unfortunately after the HM screen I never heard from anyone. To ghost someone after a formal interview is simply unprofessional.
