Online, lots of questions, multiple rounds of interviews. Everyone was ontime, no hard challenges. It is a breeze to interview with this company if you are remote or in person.

Basic interview. Why healthcare, why consulting. And then a lot of tell me about a time when you demonstrated leadership, etc. After the initial phone screen, there is a final round interview. If you prepare and show that you are a strong communicator you should do well.

Tell me about a time when you had to lead a team and describe the dynamic of that team
Very straight forward interview process. Met with recruiter then a senior director and 2 hiring managers. Very straightforward questions about my experience and behavioral questions. Involved a few questions about data.
Straight forward interview with the directors of the department. Very nice people who conducted more of a conversation than anything else. After that got a call from HR with an offer.
