It took 3 Days.I applied when I learn that Company have vacancy. First day I attended an aptitude test. Third day I attended Two Hr rounds one after one. The questions were related to background. Few technical question were asked. It was very easy to crack aptitude and interviews.

First - Aptitude Second -Technical Third - Technical Fourth - Manager Fift -HR HR staff are supportive but "interview and manager Panel not available on Time Allways" I'm clear 3rd round "To complete all this rounds taking Hole month " In Manager round they asked questions like Movie story They are not able to judge communication in 3 round . In a Manger round they told me I'm not selected the reason of communication. I think they want call center profile candidate. i don't know why they r taking technical interview They r not able to judge candidate in 3 round.. I'm getting very bad experience. "weasting Time and money"
