Was recruited and started the interview process and move thru to speaking with the CEO. Positive, open and very honest about what expected. Flew me out to visit their HQ and meet senior team.

Basically a formality. If you are a reasonably mature adult with basic golf history, you’ll get hired. It’s a three step process, usually all on video chat. It’s a sales job so being personable in conversation is what they are looking for
