I applied online for the Customer Team Member role at Co-op. No CV was needed. The application included several personality and situational judgement questions. After submitting, my application status has remained “under consideration” for nearly three weeks. No further communication yet.

It was nice and smooth and very intuitive. I liked how I had help from the website to prepare for the interview and so I was able to fully explain my previous experience.
