I thought phone and in person interview was amazing. Was told that they wanted me to meet with regional. I sent "thank you" email the next day and followed up a week later. Shortly after I received a rejected email after I was told they were impressed with my experience and wanted me to meet with the regional. I reached out to corporate twice and left messages because I thought that was a bit strange and received no response. I will not contact them again. If that is how Coastal operates, I want no parts of them.

It was very smooth. The entire team was very welcoming. Had an interview over the phone and in person. Though at first, I had to contact the corporate recruiter for a follow up because I was not contacted for over a week. However, once I was reconnected with the recruiter, it was a smooth sail. It was a great experience overall.
