The interview was straight forward. There was only one interview. The asked about teaching style, behavior management, and what I needed from administration. I was called on my way home and offered the job.

The interview was process was a bit hard. Cobb is a very competitive teaching market. Getting principals to get back to you as a younger teacher was difficult. The interviews I did participate in were about 45 minutes.
