Overall, I felt the interview process was the standard norm but the questions were not as difficult as anticipated, as a matter of fact, too simple for a 'Managerial" role . As a candidate, it felt like I asked more questions about the company instead. What was very disappointing was that after all this effort, the interviewer and company ghosted and never provided an answer for rejection (if indeed that was the case). Unprofessional and not recommended for candidates who are looking for a career in property management.
