In person, the manager was friendly and so was the staff. Very nice place to be at! Most costumers are nice, some rude people as always but good place overall.

The employer was not even there to interview me despite us agreeing on a specific time and date to have the interview. The staff there asked if I could wait an hour and come back, to which I did and she was still not there. I gave the staff my phone number so she could reach out to me and I also sent her a message to check if everything was okay. So far, I've heard nothing back. It was a complete waste of my time and she didn't even bother to try and contact me even after I tried contacting her first. I understand if there are other important and urgent matters that have to be tended to, but to not even make any attempt at communication is a bit disrespectful and rude. To me this shows a lack of professionalism and a sign of poor management, and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
