Hi and thank you for sharing your feedback. While video interviews were a quite unusual thing a while ago, your perception has probably changed ever since life has basically went online in 2020. We still do video interviews, some of them are pre-recorded so the candidate can take them whenever it suits them. While we acknowledge that this is not the most preferred way of doing the first interview, it is also possible to do a live video with recruiters.
