I found the interview process as a positive experience with some challenging technical questions and many good personalized discussions. They were completely accommodating of my work/life schedule. Although the interview process took over 3 months, it was mostly due to my schedule. The process started on June 2nd and got hired for September 12th. The process consisted of 7 parts. 1. Quick call with the recruiter 2. Online coding assessment via TestDome 3. Video interview with the recruiter and senior developer (Switched to a different team & future meetings were to meet that team) 4. Video interview with recruiter, software architect, and team manager 5. Quick call with the team manager 6. Another video interview with the recruiter and team manager 7. Quick call with the recruiter I had very little experience with PHP and SQL, but after taking some time to study, I was able to complete the coding challenges reasonably well. The coding assessment consisted of React, PHP, and SQL and was 3hrs long.
