Entretien
Step 1: Informational interview. You discuss your experience and why you are interested.
Step 2: Hackerrank test. You complete a test that asks some coding and technical questions. You are given an 1hr or so to complete once the test has started.
Step 3: Coding interview, 1hr. You meet on a Zoom call and screen share. You must answer a series of coding problems and system design questions.
Step 4: In person technical/behavioral interview with the hiring manager.

Question 1
I was asked to complete a kanban board. The board has different states like Backlog, In progress, In review, etc. You must complete the code to add and remove tasks and move the tasks forward and back between states.

Entretien
Very easy practical interview. Technical interviewer was very kind and helped work through the problem. Behavioral interview with director was very straightforward. No issues getting an offer as long as you demonstrate you're no stranger to programming.
