STAY AWAY! This company posts fake opportunities so you will do their assessment. They are just trying to test out their product while wasting people's time. And they're a TA Tech company. They are a black eye on the talent acquisition industry.

What do you think of our AI Sales Interviewer? (thats all they cared about)
I received a Sales assessment the day after submitting the online application. Sales and Customer Service are this company's most recent product releases, so my guess is they are using their new AI Sales assessment on folks looking for Sales or Customer Success related jobs. They're then using this data to improve their product, stealing people's time.
If you're referred by an actual person, you're ahead of the game and likely won't have to do the assessment. But if they send you the assessment, run! They don't intend to look at your application, let alone hire you.
Oh, and to top it off: I'm usually grateful when companies tell me their decision instead of simply ghosting me. But they sent me a coupon for a free month trial with their product, a product designed to help people in their job search....so it feels like a really elaborate, slightly traumatic, marketing ploy.
