The interview process was very seamless. It started with a call from the SVP, followed a few days later by an interview with two AEs. I knew their decision a few days later. They asked me to complete a writing challenge between the two interviews, which I had 24 hours to complete.

One interview was given and didnt get further past that because the company ghosted and gave no further correspondence. This gave no information on the process of interviewing within codeword and led me to not ever knowing the status of my application.

I thought the interview went well, they said they would reach out by end of next week ~ never heard from them again ~ I followed up multiple times and nothing. I’ve never been ghosted after an interview before, I would have appreciated at least a quick rejection email. It’s really disappointing because I was excited about the role/company.
