Smooth and Transparent. My recruiter was very helpful and kind. They also gave me alot of recommendations and insight into how to best prepare for the 2nd round of interviews. I was very impressed and pleased with the conversations and interview process

Entretien
Very professional with a focus on the person that is applying rather that the companies wants and needs. There was a definite focus on the fact that the company does not discriminte at all and see's all staff as equal.
