Process was quiet simple.
Applied through college.
First there was an aptitude followed by face to face interview.
Aptitude is tough as most of the students gets eliminated here only.
If 60 students are writing the aptitude only 20-25 students will go for interview.
Interviewer always check the right attitude towards work. They are there to train us.

A basic introduction is a must which is continued by discussion on our achievements and our participation in extra curricular activities.
As I was from Computer Science background, I was asked few questions on C, C++
There were questions on SDLC.
Starting from beggiber to advanced level it was very much good . Dsa oops designing all good questions . I attended 2 round of interview and then one round in ofc, they provided the laptop . The on site was just to check whether I use ai tools or not.
