J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Coforge (New Delhi) en juin 2022

3 levels of interview :
1. Technical round related to Payments Domain (as it was a Payments BA role). Communication and knowledge of Payments were tested.
2. Managerial round was much more focused on BA process and the person reiterated the role for which the organization was hiring. Importance given on CSPO certification and Product Owner capabilities.
3. HR round was salary negotiation alone.
In one and half weeks time, they interviewed me and rolled out the offer letter.

*There is total lack of integrity & waste of Candidates time. No response from HR after selection.*
This company has zero respect for a candidate's time or effort. After clearing multiple rounds and being formally told I was the selected and offer will be rolled out , the HR went completely silent.
No offer, no update, and no response to my multiple follow-up emails and calls.
For a senior-level role, this level of unprofessionalism is amateurish and reflects on the company’s culture & a also shows how there is a complete lack of respect for candidates time and efforts.
If the headcount was frozen or the role was cancelled, a 30-second email is the bare minimum requirement, but the HR is not bothered.

The interview process was average/ moderate in terms of difficulty level. They test you majorly on your understanding of the basics of the role. Additionally, it is your thought process and approach which is tested. It doesn’t matter much if you have the domain knowledge in which they’re working

The process for me was cold and very impersonal. It was one sided aside from the basic logistics of pay/compensation/etc. It's missing the human component with some idea of how they see you. Am I good, bad, somewhere in-between, needs work? etc.
