It was F2F interview at mumbai powai location. Had to wait for couple of hours for my round even though only 6 candidates were their for PeopleSoft. And what surprised me was that interview was on telephone. After clearing 1st round was asked to wait for Managerial technical round which was again telephonic. 1 guy also completed the 2nd round and was rejected.After waiting for 3 hours I was called and told interviewer is not available and 2nd round will be scheduled as telephone interview and I would receive call in weekdays. I did get a call after 5 days and telephone interview was scheduled on next Saturday at 10. But guess what I didn't receive any call. And it has been a month and no update from them. Worst experience and no professionalism from the Cognizant. They feel that they are doing a favour on us. Wasting our time and energy
