the hr interview was ok and very relaxing
The technical one not so much. I was interviewd by a girl who ate during the interview and though I had my flaws the aim was to dismiss me.
There was abig range of thecnologies : nodejs, javascritp, typescript, react, terraform, aws, azure, github, microservices

The discussion started on a friendly tone untill the financial part. They admitted to have one salary scale, but refused to communicate it because "it's confidential". On top of that they insisted me to communicate a sum then denying it saying "it's too much" (the HR tone suddenly changed). How can you expect from me to accept such an offer if you are hiding things from the beginning?
For me it's clear that any collaboration with Cognizant is based on lies and lack of transparency. If you're looking to deliver value and expect the same thing, move away from this company.

Entretien
I was called for the first time by a recruiter from CareerNet for this opening. This was a permanent position with CTS.
Interview was scheduled for 29th of Aug for which I got the invite on 28th evening at 4. This mail was not followed by any call. It was by chance that I went through my mails and found this at 7.
I agreed to attend it. It was scheduled at 10 in the morning. The total time mentioned for the interview was between 10-12. I reached CTS office at 9:45 a.m. . The lady at the ground floor reception took the necessary security measures and asked me to wait at the waiting lounge. She said they'll come and call out individuals.
At 11, since no-one came, I went and asked her if she could call the POC and tell him I've been waiting for an hour? for which she replies, "They'll call you when they're ready". I am obviously not a fresher and hold close to 10 years of experience. I wasn't going to take that so I called the consultancy lady to get me through directly to the POC. SHE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CALL.
After trying multiple times to call her, I sent her a mail to patch me through. On the mail, I got an immediate reply saying "I've spoken to the panel and they'll contact you anytime now".
I waited some more. When it was 11:45, I tried calling CareerNet lady again but no reply. She actually cut my call this time. I sent another mail saying "I've been waiting for almost 2 hours and no-one even bothered to ask me my resume". On this she again replied that she again had a word with the panel and they'll contact me.
At 12, I received a call from one of the CTS guys and he told me to come to the 7th floor and look for the lead recruiter.
I came to the 7th floor and there were 4 people already waiting there for the interview. I asked them where this person is. One of the girls said that she's been sitting there since 9 in the morning waiting for this person.
It was 12:30 and one of the guys just got up and left.
I waited till 1. Again consistently trying to call this CareerNet person but to no avail. She wasn't receiving my calls.
At 1 one of the guys got a call to come to the module 13 to answer the interview.
As I went to the module 13, there was 2 rooms full people waiting to answer interview. I walked out.
This company has no regards for other people's time. The recruiter probably wasn't even in office till 12.
