pre phone screen, onsite interview, offer extension. Very polite structured interview with recruiting manager and hr manager. I had a very nice time and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed/. Manager very sympathetic. I was offer coffe and water and had the opportunity to ask my own questions and get all answers

4 level interviews, 2 virtual and 1 face to face, and final offer acceptance post back ground check initiation. Interviews were focussed on hiring strategy, volume hiring and niche hiring.
Interviews themselves were fine, however the period of time between first contact and a decision is quite lengthy. There was a lot of waiting to hear updates, which can take the enjoyment out of it.
