Just one tech round. And one hr round. Both ended in like 20 mins and got a job. The interview process was good. Everyone was straight forward on what they want in a candidate.

I attended interview at CTS few days back where i reached the CTS office at 9AM IST. As the interview process is going on. The resumes were picked in a random order, as the person who came after me attended the interview. Never expected from a MNC company, as the recruitment person were playing by picking the resume in random order. Then the recruitment team asked us to leave at 5PM IST, but i said them as i waited 8 hours for my interview, i can wait few hours. At 5PM, they said the first lie, the interview panels are less, so it will take another 2 to 3 hours. But after few mins(5.30PM IST) they came up with another lie, my resume were missed. And they acted like searching it. I said no problem that i have another set of resume, again they came with another lie. The panels are not there. They left for the day. Some cheap tricks done by CTS recruitment team. As i left home without attending interview where i waited nearly 10 hours. Advice to the CTS team: 1) Please respect your interview candidates. 2) Please don't pick the resume in random order. 3) Please don't play some cheap tricks, saying that the resume is lost. 4) Totally, horrible experience
