I was invited to attend the interview for the position SAP CRM Technical Consultant. I was very much excited with the company profile and decided to attend interview even if I already have 3 offers from other MNCs. The real story is, this was my worst experience I had in my life. Really the interview panel spoiled my time. First thing is that the interviewer was struggling to express what is in their mind and what they are expecting from the candidates. Even if you answering, he was not at all listening and looking busy to prepare next question. I am very much sure that, either he don't know atleast the basics or he is not following SAP standards. My humble request to management: If you have these kind of panel, then you are going to loose actual talents. Please take necessary steps if you really looking ahead.
