Three steps comprising of HR, Technical and Hiring interview.
HR was a get-to-know discussion where the recruiter will propose or not to go to the next stage.
Technical was with two other employees, and it felt quite good.
Hiring Interview is basically a get-to-know discussion with the future dev lead where he/she convices themselves if you're the right fit.

Question 1
OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, DI, Unit Tests, Databases (Indexes, Views, Stored Procedures), LINQ, REST API, a bit of front-end stuff
First round was online assessment(general communication and other stuff) and second round was also an online assessment which was related to the tech stack(role applied for) then if we get selected there was an HR round.
The interview process was smooth and well organized. It started with an aptitude and technical test, followed by a technical interview where they asked questions on Java basics, OOP concepts, and SQL. The final round was an HR discussion focusing on my background, role expectations, and availability. Overall, the experience was professional and positive.

They mainly asked me about my Java basics and OOP concepts, especially the difference between abstract class and interface, and a few questions on SQL queries.

Entretien
There were 2 panelists present and both of them took turn in asking questions. The first panelist was asking easier questions and was more friendly but the second panelist was more strict and demanding towards the end of the interview
