Process consisted of 3 rounds. 1st round was CV shortlisting, 2nd was an aptitude test of 12 minutes and 50 easy questions. With aptitude test, there was a behavioral test which was most important in all of them. 5 people out of around 100 went for last PI round and that too was dependent on your output in behavioural test. Only people having Maverick, Persuader and Captain as their Predictive Index were selected from aptitude test where aptitude marks just seen irrelevant.
Anyway I did well in both of them cause I got Persuader as my PI. Now in final round as well, the interview was just for name sake as they were looking for certain traits in people. I did well in interview but as I had higher CGPA and good academic record, the interviewer assumed on his own that I will go for PhD in future and so rejected me. I denied giving some arguments but it was in vain.
Also they were very unprofessional in these processes. The interviewer was not some kind of HR and sometime he as travelling in between the interview which caused a lot of waiting time for us. Overall the interview experience was almost bad for me.
