spoke with three individuals. one staff accountant, one manager, one partner. All respectful, accommodating, informative individuals. Interviewers spoke about the typical day at the company, work-life balance, tax season requirements, and activities within and outside the office.

The interview process consists of a screening and then a “superday” which consisted of 3 back to back interviews asking mainly behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and the harder questions consisted of “what are your study habits”.

I had three rounds of interviews and waited four to five days to get rejected. It was not the most pleasant experience. I was firt reached out by a recruiter, than spoke to a partner, a manager, a senior, and three other managers. At the end the same recruiter call to let me know that they would not move forward with me.
