The process involved a phone call where I was asked what current experience I have with corporate and partnership tax returns. It also included behavioral questions. The interview was about 30 minutes.

They asked me if I’ve ever been in a difficult situation and if so, how did I handle it?
Streamlined interview process that was efficient and went exceedingly smooth. The interviewer’s were friendly, not intimidating, and it felt more like a typical conversation than an interview. This helped me feel comfortable and at home. Shortly after the interview I got offered a position!
I had a fantastic experience during the interview, largely due to the warm and receptive nature of the partners. Their genuine friendliness and openness created a positive atmosphere. Moreover, their evident competence and professionalism added to the overall impression, making the interview both pleasant and insightful.
