Submitted a resume and then had an interview. Interview was with the managing broker. The broker then gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to the office manager, who would be the principle person in charge of my training and day to day supervision.

Entretien
After applying to this position via e-mail, I began receiving correspondence from the HR Coordinator. I was offered a phone interview, and I did well, because I was asked to take an online personality test, and it took roughly 45 minutes. The next day, I was asked to schedule an interview with the Broker.
The interview itself was awkward. I arrived a few minutes early, and there was no one to greet me. I waited, and my interviewer came out of his office, slightly surprised to see me. We went through the general interview questions, but it seemed like the job description that he worked from was not the same as the phone interviewer. It seemed like a different position than I was interviewed via phone for. When I asked why the position was available, i received a completely different answer than HR had given, which led me to believe there was a problem with the last position holder.
