The interview process initiated with a standard phone screen and then a f2f with 3 director level leaders. The f2f interview lasted about 2 hours and was very enjoyable to hear about the culture at colibrium and some of the business challenges they were having. One resource I met with asked tough questions about my opinion on certain business topics, but after about 10 minutes things lightened up and were great. I was asked to come back and meet the CEO and the CFO of the parent company. This is where things really went down hill fast. The CEO was late to my interview and only spent 20 minutes with me because he had another meeting he had to attend. We really didn't get into much detail in 20 minutes. The CFO was very unfriendly an dismissive of my 15 years of experience. He fielded two personal calls during my interview and was very unprofessional throughout. Needless to say, I was ready to leave before the conversation concluded.
