Intro call + Design Task. An HR screening call was not done and I went straight into what should have been a second round with a designer. They did not discuss salary or anything about the position and it felt quite rushed/all over the place.
They expected me to use AI in my task. I had to deliver about 3 flows within 24 hours, all of which were closely related to their real product. They also asked me how long it would take me to deliver a high fidelity frame for my work, which seemed like a red flag since they could ask for more without any clarity on how/where my work might be used.

Portfolio review, insights from previous design works
unprofessional and disrespectful, the manager kept speaking more than the design lead and keeps bombarding with questions with no time to answer them. The design lead is an experienced person who provided valuable feedback, cant say the same about the person who acts as a manager.
