Phone Interview
If they call you back you more than likely have been selected for a second/third interview.
By the end of the week after your second/third interview they will let you know whether they are offering you a position or not.

Name some things that you like about your current position and name some things that you don't like about your current position.
Name a time when you lead a project and what were the results.
