1. Phone interview good. Great people. 2. Teams video call very good. Great people. 3. Final face-to-face interview with CEO. Terrible As soon as i walked into the meeting room I could feel a stressed/negative vibe. That smell you know exactly you wouldn't get a job. The new CEO had absolutely no intention to make myself comfortable. It was a quite upsetting scenario where I couldn't personalise/enrich my answers due to the questions being asked with rush and no interest. The interview was very quick. About 15 minutes. Its very surprising since the previous video call lasted over an hour and people were very happy with me. I am not upset for not getting the job but for the sufficient way I was treated. Looking at the CEO website, equality and respect are her main drivers. It really made me laugh. Thumbs down for this company
