I was interviewed multiple times, but in the end, I was rejected because they thought I wouldn’t fit in with their “culture.” I wish they could’ve discerned that before the third interview! Overall they asked a lot of questions about loyalty and what I would do in bizarre interpersonal scenarios. The kinds of questions they asked me made it seem like they’ve recently had an enormous turnover.

They asked how I would provide criticism to other employees, how I would deal with a dishonest coworker, and if I would be willing to answer email (i.e. work) nights and weekends.

After two phone interviews, I was brought in for an in-person with the President and Operations Director. I felt everything went well, but the oddest thing is that they had bagels still in the conference room and the President continued to eat during my interview. Just didn't seem very professional.
