Applied online through Monster.com. Was contacted over 45 days after applying. Was given a phone interview with basic questions about history, how I'd handle certain situations, etc. Was asked to come in and interview a week or so later. Came in, did a 1 on 1 with Regional HR manager who while I was there set up a meeting same day with Chief of K12. Then interviewed with Chief 1 on 1. Took a skills assessment while on site. Offered job next day.
