interview process was easy. Interviewer friendly want you to do well. not many questions. ask some questions on past experience. why you want the job. Some questions on related medications and their side effects.
Applied by filling out PDF application found on their website and emailed them the PDF. Got called to come in for interview after 2 weeks. Consisted of a on one 30-40 min interaction with the unit manager in small private room.

Interview was straightforward. Interviewer asked a couple questions. Most of interview was explaining the hospital onboarding and day to day. I was told they like to hire new graduates because they are eager to learn and do the work.
