I really enjoyed the interview process with Collibra. Every step of the way it was conversational and friendly rather than rapid fire high stress questions. I always felt like I was learning as much about the company as much as they were learning about me. It consisted of an initial phone screening with a recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager, and then an on-site which included a presentation in front of a panel, followed by 1:1s with each person. The process was fast and efficient and even if I didn't get the offer I would say this was the best interview experience I've had! You can tell everyone who works there has a passion for what they do.
