1) After applying online, I first had a 30 minute phone call with HR which went well. At the end of the call, she scheduled me to meet with the head of design a few days later.
2) This next interview was a 45-minute zoom meeting wherein we chatted about my background, the company, and I gave a short (~10 min) presentation of a case study. At the end, she said I would hear back from HR about their decision.
After a week of not hearing anything, I sent an email to follow-up. Another week passed and I still didn't hear anything. I think a simple rejection email would be easy to send, or perhaps a "Sorry it's taking so long to get back to you, but we are interviewing other candidates before making a decision." Really disappointed by their lack of communication considering they pose themselves as an ethical healthcare company who cares about people.

Entretien
Initial interview with recruiter, interview with team lead, and then the final round was 4-5 hours of panel interviews on one day. This also included a hypothetical design thinking challenge that was purely discussion based. Then I received a call a few weeks later, as they offered to the other candidate.
