The interview helped reveal a poor work environment built on vocabulary and technology memorization with minimal team building or collaboration. A board of 5 people made dry title introductions and set the expectations of a time limit and that questions would be asked and should be answered with no discussions until the end. Halfway through the interview I had already decided this is not a good place to work for me and quickly blew off the rest of the questions and discussion.
