The interview process is super straight forward. They basically want to know if you have experience and can handle a fast paced environment. They also ask if you have reliable transportation.

If you get a second interview you're basically hired. Very easy and personable. Go over availability and past experience. Schedule time for orientation to sign paperwork and go over uniform etc.
