The initial interview was with the Human Resource Department to make sure I had the minimum qualification for the position. Next I met the assistant manager (my direct report). My final interview was with the Department Head. HR, called me the next day and offered me the job.

The interview lasted about 30 minutes. There are two parts, technical questions, and behavioral questions. They ask about details and dig deeper into the risk management area. You could feel some pressure but their altitude is nice.

Phone interview, then a interview with two people, ask basic behavioral questions. Still waiting for response. They were friendly. The phone interview is 30 minutes, the second interview is 45 minutes
