Firstly, I was asked to make an online test, then I was invited for an interview. It was a very nice interview. Interlocutor was nice and explained everything which I didn't know. I really recommend it.
test only, multiple answers. After test no additional reviews. Get assigned to the team randomly. Usually assignment is a little influenced by cv or test results. But it is an old opinion/ sth probably changed in meantime

CV selection -> online test -> interview. You have to know that all the tasks on the online test are mutiplie choice. There are from all it fields. Of course it depends what test spec you picked.
