Phone interview great! Easy going and makes you feel comfortable about interviewing questions. The next step however I didn't like. All timed testing and then if you don't get it done fast enough your automatically rejected. I unfortunately was having internet issue and lost connection a few time so I didn't get to finish some of the questions. It just seems cold to basically not meet face to face that a test determines weather your good enough to go to the next step.

asked about my previous sales experience, they really want motivated sellers. didnt ask a lot about customer service experience. asked about what my motivation for working is. they asked me if i have reliable transportation

Very straightforward questions about work history as well as technology background, asked about previous experience working with new challenges how to handle conflicts. Very simple interview just be calm and keep it short
