Long process. Typical corporate structure when it comes to hiring. Recruiters tend to be the people that reach out and it seems it's most cases, they setup your phone and in person interview.

Easy and open. I never felt pressured. Very relaxed and good conversation with the recruiter and all interviewers through the process. Would highly recommend going through the interview process again
