Very competitive enviroment. Group interview involved getting in front of 3 supervisors and other applicants and answer 3 questions along with follow up questions. You have opportunity to write down some of your answers before presenting. # questions are when was a time you had a internet or computer problem and how did you handle it? when was a time a customer was irrate and how did you handle the situation? what is your definition of customer service? These questions come up again in the next interview. Be sure to know how to handle irrate customers. Look nice, seriously i know times are rough but I seen a guy in snakeskin boots with tape on them for petes sake! Smile to much, and drink coffee, if you dont like a call center where you might handle 50-70 calls a day from people who are pissed that the price they pay cant get them the service they been promised.(: Be to the point on questions not to long or short, just get to the point.
