First interview was a phone interview following an in person interview with store manager a week later. Still waiting on response 2 weeks later but i have seen that it could take up to five weeks so hopefully they will call soon

The interview is a behavioral based interview that focuses on scenarios and responses on how to manage under pressure. Most scenarios focus on providing good customer service and working to resolution.

How would you respond to a customer that is unhappy with a high bill?
Online, structured with questions. Approximate time thirty to forty minutes. A series of approximately ten questions with time for follow up. Interviewer was pleasant and the questions were what I expected.

Was asked to make a video answering 3 questions before moving on the next step, It was odd, if employers don't have time to review a resume or conference someone that you're interested in hiring should we all just start off with a video and slide show.
