Entretien
online application, with an IQ test. followed by phone interview, then 3 person management panel in person interview, finally followed by an office manager one on one interview. There is no experience necessary to apply. They will train and provide vehicle and tools.
The interview process consisted of practical knowledge and troubleshooting experience. You will be trained on the job, so they really want to see how you think and determine your character.

It was easy. There were three other hirers in the room with me taking turns asking queSTIONS. They allowed me time to ask them any questions I had as well and I did.

Entretien
During the initial process, I was interviewed over the phone and they asked simple scenario questions. Then, they told me I was going to get another interview but with supervisors. I was interviewed by three supervisors and they also asked scenario question plus behavioral question. The supes were pretty laid back and were awesome to work with.
