Submitted an application through my college's online portal and heard back within a week. There was an in-person interview that was largely technical for about an hour and a half, followed by a phone interview for cultural fit.

Phone screening for 30 minutes, Then a 1:1 with the hiring manager to ask general questions. Then an interview with the team in New York, then another interview with their manager. Then a final step which included a group/panel interview with the London team followed by a presentation with a question and answer session
