J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Comcast (Berlin, CT) en avr. 2011
Entretien
There were 2 interviews. One on the phone and one in person. The HR lady conducted a decent phone interview where she just tried to lay the groundwork for what the job is like and how I would fit into the community there. She asked your standard strength and weakness questions. The real interview was conducted by a Director of Project Management who sounded like she had never run an interview before. I just got her talking about herself and built up a rapport that way. I was interviewing her on the job more than she was interviewing me.

Question 1
Where do you think cable technology is going in the future?
Not too many rounds, but I was asked questions like "tell me about a time when," at every round. They mainly seemed to be looking for impacts being made and results.

Tell me about a time when you implemented an idea.
It was an Online assessment which had unlimited attempts. Four questions where you self recorded yourself. Questions were about why you want to work there, what you bring, tell me about yourself, why are you interested.
