It was amazing everybody was so nice and sweet she broke down everything I needed to know the staff was nice with the store tour it was cool I really appreciate them and the stuff that they do

Entretien
Three interviews, solo. One with recruiter, second with another manager, and a final one with a different manager. Very laid back if you talk about sales and your ability to drive them.
Fairly easy interview process. First you have a phone screening with recruiter, if you pass there then you go on to a second phone call with upper management. If successful, you go onto video interview with the manager as well as upper management. Response is quick.

How do you overcome obstacles pertaining your job?
Very easy questions, mostly behavioral. Three step interview process with a phone screening followed by two meetings with managers, one of which is your direct manager, and the other is a regional manager.
